The full Lamb Variety Package contains roughly 10 lbs ground lamb, 10 lbs shoulder roasts, 12 lbs lamb legs (2 legs), 4 lbs of shanks, 8 lbs of lamb chops, 4 lbs of lamb racks, 2 lbs of osso buco, 2 lbs of lamb kebabs.  The half box includes the same cuts, but roughly half as many.  There could be some slight variance in the contents, but you'll save about $0.40/lb over purchasing these cuts separately.
