The full Beef Variety Package contains 20 lbs ground beef (your choice of 80%, 90%, or some of each), about 16 lbs of roasts (approximately 2 pot roasts, 1 rump roast, 1-2 stew meat, 1 short rib), and roughly 16 lbs of various steaks (approximately 2 round steaks, 2 cubed steaks, 2 sirloin steaks, 4 T-bone steaks, & 4 rib-eye steaks).  The half box includes the same cuts, but roughly half as many.  There could be some slight variance in the contents, but you'll save about $0.40/lb over purchasing these cuts separately.
