These are 3 of the most popular sausage links, and as with all of our pork sausages, the main ingredient is pork. Other ingredients in the German Sausages include salt, black pepper, smoke flavoring, and garlic (and jalapenos are added to the Jalapeno German). Other ingredients in the Bratwurst include salt, black pepper, caraway seed, nutmeg, and marjoram. Other ingredients in the Italian links include salt, red pepper, dalmation sage, brown sugar, black pepper, paprika, onion, garlic, anise seed, and fennel seed. PKG WT = 1 lb, 4 links at 1/4-oz each. All are free of nitrites/nitrates except the SMOKED German sausage (the fresh German sausage has NO nitrites or nitrates). |
